His playgroup friends came over the day before and we had a few cup cakes to celebrate and get us in the birthday party mood

Round 2 was on the morning of his birthday. Unfortunately a few people were sick which meant that T ended up being surrounded by lots of girls!
Not that he minded, you can see him here entertaining them all

He wowed them with his great table manners

and they responded in kind!

Mr T giving one of his best hugs to my friend Eileen, Miss O's mum. It looks like a good one

Everyone did 'good sharing'

and somehow the girls ended up in the kitchen. Hmmm

As you can see opening presents is one of Mr T's favourite things. Round 3 started when Daddy came home from work in the afternoon

Round 4 was his evening party! Playing with his Thomas shirt, when you press the button it makes a noise like a train. Everyone he meets asks where we got this and of course everyone wants to take a turn

The laid back approach to present opening

Yes, our friends Judy and Stephen bought T a violin.......

...and.......

...a drum set!
Yes, we still speak to them :) Look at the excitement in T's face when he realises what it is

Here comes the fun!!!

We all needed to calm down a bit after that and what better way than to eat more cake full of sugar

Yummy!

Here is a photo of the two birthday boys, Stephen shares his birthday with T

T with Lily, I am not sure if this was before or after the cake but they both look happy!

Looking to see what else he has

Still more presents followed. Opening presents from Nana Chris and Aunty Rebecca...

and grandad and grandma

We were still letting him have a present every few days a week later!

We had fun with the balloons too

We all had a great time and thanks again to everyone for the presents :)
