What a morning

....just when you think you have mummyhood under control you have one of those days

Toby and I were off out at 11am this morning to a Halloween Party. I got up knowing time would be tight as I had to cook my potluck dish and then try and wear Toby out for an early nap so he wasn't too tired at the party.

Then this happened (copied and pasted from an email to K)

I was cooking cottage pie while Toby was eating breakfast
I look up and he has massaged banana all over his hair
So I think OK he can shower with me
By the time I have finished he has had his dump so I change his diaper, clean him up then take him to the bathroom
I am getting ready and he is playing with my book and I look down and he has dumped again, this time no diaper O.O
It was half on mat, half on floor
So I scoop it up with toilet paper and then realise he has it on his feet
So I am chasing him round trying to clean his feet and the floor
I put him on the mat and tell him to stand there and he pees
Lucky he was on the mat eh?
We are both now clean
My meal luckily hasn't boiled dry
Toby is napping

Now I need to make myself look like a pirate so I can scare the crap out of him (haha) when he wakes up

Now its over I think its pretty funny so I thought I'd share and give you a laugh too. The day can only get better - right?!!!
